Alan Weinberg, Managing Director

Alan Weinberg has been providing companies with strategic direction, business development initiatives and legal advice for over 25 years as a Senior Executive, General Counsel and Corporate Advisor. Alan has successfully sourced, negotiated, closed and provided due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, licensing, distribution, development, joint venture and partnership deals. Possessing a unique combination of legal experience and business acumen, Alan also has extensive sales and marketing experience in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. He has developed and launched new consumer products and, as an innovator, was awarded a United States patent.

Alan received a Juris Doctor from the Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University, where he graduated Magna cum Laude. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and of the Bar of the State of New York.

Alan has been a leader in his community, serving on the Board of Directors of his Cooperative Apartment Corporation and later, on the Board of Directors of his town’s Civic Association. He enjoys travelling and hiking with his wife, three children and dog.
