We just wanted to send you  this letter of thanks for a job well done. The acquisition of Creeth Richman has proved to be one of our better business decisions,

Wow, what a truly unique experience the whole process was for us.  Your expertise and knowledge helped us navigate through what were at times stormy seas. Thanks for helping us arrive at a mutually beneficial destination.

 We can safely say that the acquisition would not have happened without you. From our chance meeting on Long Island, when you encouraged Gary and I to first consider entering the acquisition market through to the conclusion of the deal,  your support and encouragement gave us the confidence to forge ahead.

Having you as our agent was instrumental in preserving our working relationship with Richard.  You kept us on track, you helped us understand the importance of every aspect and you were patient in the extreme with both parties, allowing us to get to closure when we were all ready. Your thoroughness and perseverance in the due diligence process was instrumental in ensuring that both parties entered into the final agreement with eyes wide open and confident there would be no unwanted surprises revealed the day after the agreement was reached.
